We are a new Christian ministry seeking to establish a retreat and ministry centre. We have a small guesthouse (currently with a rating of 9.6 on Booking.com) which we hope to use to fund the expansion of this community both in available rooms and producing ministry materials, books, and outreach. 

We need at least one person who has good English speaking and reading skills and can help translate for non-Bulgarian guests and staff. We also need at least one person who can drive.

One part of the job would be housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance of the centre, providing meals for guests and staff and shopping to supply the kitchen. Another part would be gardening and developing the centre (we are looking for ways to help the centre to grow as much of its own food as possible), and a third part would be developing ministry materials and helping to host churches and youth groups using the centre. But we are looking for a team who will share all these tasks together if possible.

No experience needed; training will be given.

Our heart is to develop a Jesus-centred ministry working together and caring for one another. We see this as an opportunity for Christian growth and service. 

Accommodation and all meals included plus salary between 1300 – 1600 BGN. A contract of employment is being offered.

Would suit a Christian couple or group of friends who are willing to share and work together.
